On 11 November 2024, Biskra University Administration Council held the first extraordinary
meeting with the University Rector, Mr. Mahmoud Debabeche, and chaired by the Minister of
HESR representative Mr. Abdesselem Daif. First, the Rector reviewed the meeting the points
to discuss in the meeting. Then, the Council members discussed the various important points
and approved them, and finally the Chairman closed meeting.
