Biskra University Rector, Pr. Mahmoud Debabeche, received, on 18th November 2024, the
Ambassador of the People's Republic of Bangladesh to Algeria, Mr Mohamed Zulqar Nain.,

in a meeting attended by members of the University family, including the Secretary General of
the University, Vice-Rectors, Deans of Faculties and various officials and staff of the
University. The meeting opened with the Rector’s welcome address, praising the
opportunities to expand partnership between in the fields of higher education and scientific
research, highlighting also the efforts of the Algerian Ministry of Higher Education in
promoting international cooperation. Then, the Bangladeshi ambassador expressed his
country's willingness to strengthen partnership with Algeria in various fields, particularly
scientific, academic and cultural exchanges, for the two countries common interests. The visit
