Biskra University held on 20 November 2024 a partnership agreement signing, supporting
academic cooperation in scientific institutions, between Biskra University, represented by its
Rector Pr. Mahmoud Debabeche and the Centre for Scientific and Technical Research for
Arabic Language Development (CRSTDLA), represented by its Director, Pr. Ghania
Hamdani. The ceremony took place with university officials, headed by Mr Hakim Henano,
Secretary General of the University, and Mr Abdelhamid Djeffal, Vice-rector for Pedagogy.
