On Tuesday morning, January 16, 2024, Mr. Lakhdar Seddas, Biskra Wali, the Secretary and the People Assembly President chaired a meeting of the Executive Council devoted to the presentation of a university study on development and reconstruction of Biskra Wilaya.

Pr. Abdellah Farhi presented the study on urban planning and reconstruction. Biskra University Rector, the Wilaya Inspector General, departments’ heads, Executive Council directors, the Housing and Urbanization Committee Chairman of the People's Assembly, mayors, members of the Supreme Council for Youth, and the representative of the National Observatory of Civil Society attended the meeting.
