Algeria General Consul in Southern Italy, Palermo first Deputy Mayor and the Southern Italy
representative (Sicily) Presidents Confederation attended the academic mobility agreement for
Master’s students signing between Palermo University and Biskra University, represented by
its Rector, Pr. Mahmoud Debabeche and his External Relations Deputy, Pr. Safieddine
Ounis. It is the result of great efforts made by the Rector and his staff. Pr. Salvatore Casabona
played a major role as he ensured the realisation of this agreement since his visit to Biskra
University in May. This will open new horizons to enhance academic co-operation between
the two universities.
