On 28 November 2024, Biskra University Rector attended the  ceremony of the
judicial year 2024-2025 at the Judicial Council of Biskra. Supervised by the Council President
and the Attorney General, with officials, including the Walis of Biskra and Ouled-Djellal,
and Security Committee, Parliament and judiciary members.
