Participation in scientific events
Professors and Senior Lecturers "A" and "B" may receive scientific leave of not more than seven (07) days duration for short-term training for participation in seminars and conferences if they justify an invitation to communicate in the framework of an international seminar or scientific congress.
The application file for a scientific leave must be filed at the departmental level.
The folder contains:
- An application for scientific leave (nominative, signed) specifying the participation in an international seminar, or scientific congress specifying the itinerary (plane journey) according to the model.
- Confirmation of participation
- The text of the communication
