On this 8 April 2025Biskra University Rector participated in the official launch of the
“STUDY IN ALGERIA” digital platform for international students wishing to study in
Algeria, presided by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Mr Kamel
Beddari.

This platform comes to apply the presidential decree about the conditions admission
of international students to higher education and training institutions, a strategic step to
strengthen the international Algerian universities position level. A number of ambassadors
accredited to Algeria, and representatives of higher education institutions and international
students attended the event. It was an important opportunity to welcome foreign students and
provide a learning environment that promotes cultural and scientific exchange reflecting the
University’s openness to its regional and international environment.
