To support national institutions communication and strengthen the army and society
relationship, Biskra University Rector participated on Sunday 23rd March 2025, in the Open
Doors events organised by the "Martyr Mustapha Khoja" Special Forces Higher School, at
Biskra Regional Theatre Chebah El Mekki, with the State Governor and the State People's
Council President, military, security and civil authorities. This is to familiarise the society
various sectors with the Special Forces components and their missions, to develop and
modernise this qualitative weapon to strengthen the "Army-Nation" relationship.
