We hereby inform you that we have received communication the Ministry of Higher
Education and Scientific Research announcing two international training offers for the benefit
of the higher education sector.
First: ITEC (India)
On 2 nd and 3 rd July 2025, Pr Mahmoud Debabeche, Biskra University Rector, participated
in the national seminar on the “Development and Implementation of the National
Qualifications Framework (NQF) organised by the Algeria Erasmus+ National Office, at
EPAU in Algiers.
This participation is the university’s support for the national pedagogical reform process at
developing the higher educational system, to improve the quality of training and enhance the
employability of graduates.
