Mr. Mahmoud Dababeche and the university officials attended a signing ceremony on Monday evening, November 20, 2023. They signed a partnership agreement to work together with the Health and Population Directorate of Biskra Wilaya, represented by its director, Mr. Abdelkader Aouini who was with his staff.

The University Rector and the Director of Health both said that the agreement would have a good effect, by creating opportunities for students to intern and for health programmes to be developed. It would help the university and the health sector work together more closely. The teachers working with the Medical annex would have a positive impact by staying in touch with scientific research and learning from each other. This would also help both parties achieve their goals in this partnership. This agreement would allow the employees of the Directorate to enrol in university programmes and for university students to do training in health institutions. It would also allow for joint research projects and knowledge exchange between the two parties. This agreement aims to benefit both the health sector and the university.
