The Vice-Rectorate in charge of postgraduate training, university habilitation and scientific research, and postgraduate higher education :

• Follows the matters related to the conduct of post-graduation, specialized post-graduation and university habilitation and ensure the application of the regulations.
• Monitors the research activities of the laboratories and units of research and develops a report, in coordination with the faculties and institutes
• Carry out any action to promote the results of research
• Monitors operations of the University’s scientific council and keeps the archives,
• Collects and disseminate information on research activities carried out by the university.
