Biskra University Media Club organised the first edition of the ''Tatweer" Student
Entrepreneurship Forum, on 30 April 2025,
under the theme "Future Vision and Capacity Development", at the of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences Faculty, in the
presence of students and teachers to discuss innovative ideas to enhance students' skills and
broaden academic and professional horizons. The forum opened with Ibtissem Machoucha
statement, the forum’s moderator, who thanked the event organisers and stressed the club's
keenness to consolidate the students’ culture of entrepreneurship and creativity. The student
Mahrez Messaoudi, the Media Club president and supervisor of the forum, gave a
presentation on the club's main activities during the academic year and announced the start of
the forum. The forum was characterised by a rich content and valuable speeches such as
Professor Abdallah Farhi’s, who showed the role of scientific research in promoting the
culture of entrepreneurship, and Professor Mohamed Djellab, who reviewed the services of
the Student Business Incubator in supporting entrepreneurial projects. Ms Soumaya Farkoul
gave a motivational talk on “How to Become a Successful Student";, in which she discussed
the keys to academic and professional success in a practical and inspiring way. The "Tatweer"
Forum demonstrates the value of entrepreneurial thinking in creating an academic
environment that contributes to developing students'; abilities and enhancing their skills in
various fields. Biskra University is constantly striving to improve student life by providing
various opportunities to their university environment.
