On 12 November 2024, the orientation information day started on the application mechanisms
of the 1275 Ministerial Decree contents, Start-up/Patent, attended by Biskra University facade
directors and administrators, departments’ heads, teachers and students.

It focused on the services provided by the University’s facades, Business Incubator, Technology and Innovation
Support Centre and the Entrepreneurship Development Centre, manufacturing Lab and
Artificial Intelligence Lab, to supporting Biskra University innovative projects of students and
researchers, with entrepreneurship policy related to acquisition of development components.
The programme included several interventions by the interface managers, covering services
innovation activities for student projects, such as Fablab, Ibtikar, Prototypage, Lab IA,
incubator activities under Resolution 1275 and ‘Hadhinaty’ incubator platform, in addition to
the activities of the Centre for Technology Development and Innovation (CTDI), protection
from idea to patent and the activities of the Entrepreneurship Development Centre (EDC).
