The University of Biskra, in collaboration with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and supported by the European Union, is pleased to host the Technical Assistance Mission (TAM) Workshop under the theme “Towards the Modernization of Governance in Algeria Higher Education Institutions.” This two-day workshop, scheduled for October 28-29, 2024, will bring together policymakers, academic experts, and international leaders to discuss critical reforms and advancements in higher education governance and quality assurance.

What is TAM?
The TAM initiative is a specialized program supported by the EU, designed to foster impactful exchanges and provide expert assistance to educational institutions. This workshop will focus on enhancing governance frameworks, building quality assurance processes, and developing strategies for sustainable educational reform in Algeria.
