On Monday, April 22, 2024, the Faculty of Commercial Economic and Management Sciences Biskra University organized a study day in cooperation with Ouargla Regional Directorate of Budget, attended by Mr. Mahmoud Debabeche, university officials, with Ouargla Budget Regional Director, Mr. Mounir Zine, sector officials, and social and economic partners.

In his opening speech, the study day president, Mr. Hadj Ameur, stressed that such an event goes along with the faculty policy of openness for scientific activities. The Faculty Dean, Mr. Ismail Hijazi, in turn, announced the official opening of the study day, with two-session lectures by Biskra University teachers, the University's Training Centre scientific coordinator and Ouargla Budget Regional Directorate cadres, the Programming and Budget Follow-up Directorate of Biskra and Ouargla, the control budget of Biskra, El Bayadh , and Ouargla.
