Biskra University Economics and Administrative Sciences Faculty and the Business Incubator organized a conference on "Financial Valuation of Start-ups" moderated by Pr. Salah Arif

from Paris University in front of the University Rector, Mr. Mahmoud Debabeche, and various university community officials, administrative staffs, teachers and students. In his
lecture, Pr. Arif referred to the challenges facing Algeria to organize start-ups and the University pivotal role to ensure their effective evaluation; he also reviewed points related to
the efficiency of institutions traditional methods of evaluation with prominent new adopted approaches, as well as internationally recommended evaluation principles. He then presented a detailed explanation on intangible capital evaluation for an innovative and emerging enterprise.
