On December 19, 2023, Biskra University, UFC, and the Wilaya Administrative Courtorganized a study day on Developments in the transactions law No. 12/23.

The attendees were Biskra and Ouled Djelal Walis, the Court President, the General of the Administrative Court Governor, Biskra District Council President, Judicial Council General Attorney Court Governor, Biskra District Council President, Judicial Council General Attorney, lawyers, Biskra University Rector, and Continuous Training University Director. Biskra Wali, Mr. Lakhdar Seddas, called for an intensified application of this law.
