The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is the recipient of an offer of two (02) university scholarships from the Higher School of African Studies in Bayreuth (BIGSAS) as part of the program de bources supérieure (GSSP) supplied by the German university exchange service (DAAD) in 2020.
