To strengthen dialogue communication between the University and its students, Biskra
University Pedagogy Vice rector, Mr. Abdelhamid Djeffal, with the University Secretary
General, Mr. Hakim Henano, organized on 18 February 2025, a series of meetings and
discussions with Faculties of Law and Political Sciences,

Humanities and Social Sciences,
Science and Technology students’ representatives, with their Deans and Departments Heads.
They discussed several students’ educational and service interest issues. The Vice-rector
reviewed the efforts made to develop university facilities as laboratories and research centres,
to improve educational systems for security on campuses. He also emphasised his willingness
to listen to the students’ concerns and suggestions and stressed the importance of concerted
efforts to achieve the best for the University community. This was an opportunity for
representatives to display concerns and suggestions, with a positive feedback form officials.
