On 11 February 2025, Biskra University hosted the launch of the 1275 Ministerial Decision of
registered projects presentation and selection, organised by the University Business Incubator.

The University’s Vice Rector for First and Second Level Education, Pr. Abdelhamid Djeffal,
and the Incubator Director, Pr. Mohamed Jallab, attended the event, with the evaluation
committee teachers. On the first day, a committee of specialised teachers in business
administration, accounting and industrial chemistry, and experts in entrepreneurship and
innovation will evaluate 12 registered projects in the Industrial Chemistry Department. The
evaluation criteria will be on innovative value, potential for development and growth, and
their contribution to solving problems. These events are the University’s efforts to promote
innovation and entrepreneurship.
