On 02 February 2025, Biskra University will receive executives from the People’s National
Army Regional Centre for National Service, for an awareness campaign on laws governing
National Service.

Students will have different options available as the laws of exemption and
the choice of military specialities such as:
 Conditions for obtaining an exemption.
 Conditions for obtaining a deferment.
 Privileges obtained during national service.
 Resolving illegal situations such as examination report failure, insubordination, etc.
 Applying for national service and choosing performance place.
 Answers and solutions to various situations related to national service.
