Biskra University announces to newly enrolled students that 22 and 23 September 2024 have
been set for the delivery of students cards at the departments’ registrar.

To receive their student card, non-residents must present the medical certificate to the
department after undertaking the medical examination at the level of:
- the University Medical Centre: for the fields of Mathematics and Computing, Material
Sciences, Architecture, Urbanism, Earth and Universe Sciences, Physical Education and
Sports Sciences, Economics and Management, Commercial Sciences, Foreign Language and
Literature, Arabic Language and Literature, Medical Sciences, Veterinary Sciences.
- The Central Library at Chetma pole: for the fields of Sciences and Technology, Law and
Political Sciences, Humanities and Social Sciences.
- El Hadjeb pole: for the Department of Natural and Life Sciences.
