Biskra University announces to all its students the opening of the reading rooms in the central libraries of the three campuses (Biskra, Chetma and El-Hadjeb) as well as in the library of the annex of the Medicine Faculty, from 18:00 to 22:00. Transportation will also be provided between the three campuses and downtown starting Sunday, October 29, 2023.

Students wishing to take advantage of this service must visit these libraries to register starting Wednesday, October 25, 2023.
Students enrolled in this service agree to:
- Remain only in the library during this period.
- Respect the library's internal rules.
- Respect the times specified for the service.
