Prf. Hicham ALLAG

Hicham ALLAG was born in Jijel, Algeria, in 1978. He received the Engineering Diploma in electrical engineering specialty from the University of Jijel, in 2000, the Magister Degree from the University of Constantine in 2002 and the Ph.D degrees in electrical engineering from both Constantine University and ploy-technical Institute of Grenoble in 2010. In 2003, he joined the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Jijel, as an assistant professor, and in 2012 became an associate professor. Since December 2017, he was a Professor in the department of Electrical Engineering of Jijel University. He was selected as president of a scientific council of the faculty from 2013 to 2016.  From 2016 until now, he is a Director of Electrical and Industrial Electronics Laboratory L2EI. His current research interests include electromagnetic coupled methods modelling of systems containing permanent magnets, electrical conductors and superconductors. Devices fabrication as contactless energy transfer, power electronics and control.


 Dr. Nicolas BRACIKOWSKI 
Nicolas Bracikowski received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Artois (France). He received his Ph.D. degree from EcoleCentrale de Lille (France), in 2012. Since 2013, he is an Associate Professor at University of Nantes (France), where he carries out research in IREENA Laboratory (Institut de Recherche en EnergieElectrique de Nantes Atlantique). His area research include: optimal design of electrotechnical device, multi-physics lumped models and acoustic noise in electrical machine."

 Dr Açıkgöz HULUSI
Hulusi Açıkgöz received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Applied Physics from Paris-Est Marne La Vallée University, France in 2003 and 2005, respectively. His Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering is obtained from Pierre et Marie Curie University, France, in 2008. He was a post doctoral researcher at the Laboratoire d'Électronique et Électromagnétisme (L2E), France, in 2010. In 2015, he spent a sabbatical year at Penn State University, USA, within the Electromagnetic Communication Lab, directed by Prof. Raj Mittra. Since 2011, he is working at KTO Karatay University, Turkey as an assistant professor in the electrical and electronics department. His main research interests include computational electromagnetics, antennas modelling and analysis, RFID antennas, graphene antennas, statistical electromagnetics, development of antennas for microwave cancer ablation, inverse problems, neural networks. Dr. Acikgoz’s is a member of IEEE and steering committee member of URSI Turkey. He organized and served as the general chairman of URSI Turkey national congress, in 2018.

 Dr. Yasmine GABI

Yasmine Gabi studied magnetic systems engineering at Joseph Fourier University, in France. In 2012, she received a doctoral degree in electrical engineering, automatic and signal processing at Grenoble INP. She has experience in magnetic characterization and modelling at multi-scale behaviour. Since May 2012 she joined Fraunhofer IZFP as expert in characterization and simulation for ferromagnetic material. Her main focus is the integration of electromagnetic NDT technique inline production. She was involved in different project: DPS-MODD, EU SYMPOSIUM, and MAGNUS (Fraunhofer-Carnot).


  Pr. Houcine ZEROUG

Houcine Zeroug a reçu son diplôme d’ingénieur de l’Ecole Nationale de Polytechnique en 1985, et son doctorat (PhD) de l’université de Bristol (UK) en 1991 en Génie Electrique. Actuellement, il est professeur en génie Electrique dans la Faculté d’Informatique et d’Electronique de l’Université des Sciences et Technologie Houari Boumediene. Il a publié plusieurs articles dans revues nationales et Internationales de renommée mondiale. Il a aussi participé dans plusieurs conférences nationales et internationales, et aussi en tant que membre de comité de lecture. Il a dirigé plusieurs projets de recherche en collaboration avec  des organismes nationaux et Internationaux liés à l’électroniques de puissance,  la commande la commande des machines électriques et à la commande de convertisseurs pour les systèmes de chauffage par induction pour le traitement des métaux. En 2000, et 2003,  Il a été invité pour collaborer en tant que chercheurs associé sur des projets de recherche à l’Université de Bristol (UK) et à l’université de Texas A&M (USA).  Il est aussi consultant auprès des compagnies nationales et Internationales dans le domaine du génie électrique. Il est membre d’IEEE.



 Pr. Abdelhalim ZAOUI

Abdelhalim ZAOUI was born in Labiadh Sidi-Cheikh (Algeria). He received the electricalengineering degree from ENITA, Algiers, (Algeria) in 1993. In 2008, he received the PHD in electrical engineering from Nantes University (France). He is now a professor in the ‘Ecole Militaire Polytechnique’ in Algiers, Algeria. His main research activities are the design and computation of electromagnetic devices (sensors/actuators).
