On Tuesday morning, April 16, 2024, for the international cooperation and exchange programme between Algeria and Italy, Biskra University witnessed the preparatory work meeting to crown a cooperation agreement with the Italian University of Palermo, intended to achieving a joint international Master's degree in political and economic sciences. The meeting was run by the University Rector, Mr. Mahmoud Debabeche, joined by the university's staff and by the representative mission of Palermo Italian University,

2023, where various proposals and visions were made related to the achievement of a joint international Master and ways to enhance and expand this cooperation.
