In an openness to international environment and academic cooperation and scientific
exchange, Biskra University received, on 29 April 2025, a Bulgarian Rossi University
delegation for the European Erasmus+ KA171 programme.

The visiting delegation members were Dr Ivo Draganov Ivanov, Dr Yuliyan Angelov Angelov and Dr Yuliyan Iliev. The Vice-
rector in charge of Pedagogy, Pr. Abdelhamid Djeffal, and Pr. Safieddine Ounis, in charge of
Cooperation and External Relations Directorate, welcomed the guests on behalf of Biskra
University Rector, with Pr. Ahmed Ouamane and some field-specialised teachers. This visit is
to support academic mobility and expertise exchange between teachers and researchers,
strengthening Biskra University position in the international university space.
